764H high-power laser diode fixture

The 764H series high-power laser diode fixture adopts industrial grade heat sink and cooling fan design, providing air cooling and heat dissipation solutions for high-power laser diodes and linear arrays. Both free space diode laser arrays and fiber coupled diode laser arrays can use flexible top mounting plates. When connected to Newport's 3700 high-power TEC controller, model 764H-061 can dissipate up to 61 watts of heat, while model 764H-110 can process up to 110 W of waste heat at an ambient temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.

Flexible diode installation method on top copper plate

The copper mounting plate provides a series of mounting holes that can be used in conjunction with various high-power laser diodes. The figure shows -061. Laser diodes provided by other manufacturers in the market can be installed through special holes that can be drilled on copper plates. If customized hole patterns are required, the top copper plate can also be purchased separately. Spare boards can be ordered as needed.
